Carpool Notice from Mrs. Carson…
Parents-
Please note that for safety purposes students are not to play with balls or other items that could go out in the drive during carpool. We know that it is fun to play with other classmates; however, effective immediately this is not allowed due to traffic. It is our intention to make sure that students are safe during carpool and if they are outside they need to be with their parent. Feel free to visit and talk, but balls are not permitted.
Furthermore, if students purposefully leave carpool without having their number called by the elementary supervision s/he will be brought to the elementary office for their parent to pick them up. Any student who mistakenly hears their number and then realizes that it was not called needs to return to the supervision staff and remain in the carpool waiting area. This is more prone to occur in mixed carpool, so please be sure to sign out your child and then wait for them to come out or at least be within sight. Our staff does the very best job possible in keeping your children safe; please assist us in this endeavor. Thank you so much.
